The Tactical Training Academy does not accept returns of physical merchandise in any condition.

If your class is cancelled, your payment is 100% refundable. 

If you cancel class with more than ten (10) business days before the course start date, half of your payment is refundable OR you may apply the full amount towards another course. 

If you cancel class with less than ten (10) business days from the start of your class, your payment is not refundable.
